Aard2 is a Free and Open Source offline encyclopia which makes an excellent addition to a Stealth Survival Phone. This app allows you to view various libraries you've downloaded to your phone including the entirety of Wikipedia! Think how useful it would be to have so much knowledge in your pocket without the need for an internet connection.
