Rachael McIntosh
Rachael L. McIntosh is author of the "Security Through Absurdity" series of modern historical fiction novels. Her books draw on her personal transition from pursuing an art career in
Boston, Massachusetts to abruptly working on marketing communications for one of America's largest defense contractors during 9-11.
Rachael now lives in Rhode Island with her twins and emerged in 2021 as a politically unaffiliated candidate for Lieutenant Governor. Previous to that she had been appointed to the Rhode Island Geoengineering Study Commission where she researched and produced a body of evidence regarding the government's formerly Top Secret activity of weather modification. Her work cataloguing and verifying her findings influenced the creation of The Rhode Island Geoengineering Act which is known internationally as a first-of-its-kind type of legislation.
