The Man in the Mirror
When we are asked, what is wrong with this world, how many of us would straight away come up with a list of people we would point at? How easy is it to name multinational corporations, political leaders, monarchs, shadow governments, secret societies, banks, criminals and liars and say to ourselves how much better the world would be if these people were not in their positions of power?
But how many of us would actually pause to look in the mirror, and realise that it is our own ignorance, passivity and self-sabotage that allows for much of this “wrong” to keep existing? Do we truly comprehend that each of us are a part of the whole, and thus carry a real responsibility? Even if we decide to turn a blind eye to all of it, our individual contribution to the whole does not vanish.
So, once we do indeed realise that our individual thoughts, words and actions shape the collective consciousness and create our very reality, then we also naturally conclude that we must begin the peace work with ourselves first.
